1. Work Hard - success is rented and your payment is due everyday
2. Set Goals - every night before you go to sleep set goals for the following day
3. Reward Yourself - life isn't always about working. Treat yourself to a meal, or an outfit, or a spa day.
4. Exercise - you only have one body. Part of taking care of that body is exercising daily.
5. Eat Healthy - nothing deteriorates your health faster then fast food and processed food.
6. Read daily - reading increases your vocabulary, keeps you abreast of current topics, and exercises your mind.
7. Find time to Travel - with travel you learn about different cultures. You adapt to different environment and your enrich your personal life experiences
8. Reflect Daily - in order to increase your productivity and keep your mental balance take time to review each day. Think about the things you did right and wrong. Think about how you can improve your weaknesses.
9. Communicate with Friends and Family - often times people are consumed by work and their personal relationships suffer. Take time out of your day to have pleasant conversations with the people close to you and keep track of what's going on in their lives
10. Give Thanks - take time every day to be thankful for what you have. The more thankful you are for what you have the more wonderful your life will be.
